Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 7, 2026. These Terms are between you and Anybeast LLC, the operator of Hey Batter Batter!, and govern your use of the app, website, and parent submission form. By using them, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Adult responsibility

The service is for adult team organizers and parents. If you add or submit a player’s name, jersey number, pronunciation, or song request, you confirm that you are that player’s parent, guardian, or authorized team representative and may provide that information for this purpose.

Announcer voices

If you choose a generated announcer voice, you authorize us to process the text needed to create it as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use an announcement to impersonate a real person or violate another person’s rights.

Music rights and public playback

The app helps you select and play audio. It does not sell, license, clear, or grant rights to third-party music. Access to a song, a paid music subscription, or ownership of an audio file does not by itself authorize public performance or commercial use. Your music provider’s terms may also restrict how you use its content.

Before playing music at a field, venue, business, or other public event, you must confirm that the music source permits the intended use and that the person or organization responsible for the event has any required permissions and licenses. This includes public performance rights where applicable. Recording, broadcasting, streaming, advertising, and other commercial uses may require additional rights. Do not assume that a youth, nonprofit, or free event is exempt. If you cannot confirm the rights, do not use that music for the event.

Audio you add

If you import an audio file, you represent that you have the right to import and use it for your intended purpose. You retain any rights you have in that file. Importing a file does not give us or you rights in music owned by someone else. You must not use the app to infringe another person’s copyright or other rights.

Claims arising from your use

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anybeast LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from audio you import, select, or play; your recording, broadcast, or commercial use of audio; your failure to obtain required rights; or your breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our breach of these Terms, negligence, willful misconduct, or content we supplied without your modification.

Service and liability

Features and availability may change. Keep your own copy of information that matters to your team. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the service as available and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for it in the previous 12 months. These limits do not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
