Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026. Anybeast LLC operates Hey Batter Batter! for adult team organizers and parents. This policy describes the information we handle when you use the app, website, or parent submission form. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information you provide

Adults may provide a team name, player name, jersey number, pronunciation, and song request. We also collect the email address and optional team name you submit for an early-access invitation. Please provide a child’s information only if you are their parent, guardian, or authorized team representative.

How we use and share information

Your roster is stored on your device. If you create a parent submission link, we handle the team details needed to show that form and the requests parents submit. We make each request available to the team organizer for review. A music service you connect handles its own account, search, and playback under its privacy terms.

If you choose a generated announcer voice, an audio provider receives the announcement text needed to create it. That text may include a player’s name, pronunciation, jersey number, or team name. We do not send the full roster, songs, or voice recordings for this purpose. We use a random app identifier and temporary request records to limit misuse of this feature.

We use website analytics to understand visits, signups, playback errors, and site problems. This includes a browser identifier and session replays with form inputs masked. We do not send form entries, email addresses, team names, or advertising identifiers to our analytics provider. The app also records when an adult adds, switches, or deletes a team. These app events contain the action only, without roster details, an app or advertising identifier, or an IP address.

Retention and choices

You can delete a player or team from the app at any time. Deleting a team also revokes its parent links and removes its pending requests. We remove parent requests within 90 days. We keep aggregate app events for up to 12 months. We keep invitation-list details while administering early access and delete or de-identify them within 12 months after that program ends, unless law requires longer retention.
